Today's breakfast is just awful. nothing much left thanks to a China group. They ate like hooligans. My breakfast was more or less liquids.
After that, we went to Jungfraujoch 2061m. It was snowing quite heavily but the temperature was bearable at about minus 2.
After a half day up the mountain, it's time to go down and we headed to Lucerne. On the way, we had an afternoon stop at Interlaken for lunch at this fantastic fondue restaurant.
This restaurant only employs Asians and is a favourite stop among the Asians. Not surprising. And they have 2 male staff who's quite well built and kinda boyish looking. Pics in my fb!
After lunch it's shopping a lil but I didn't buy anything because all they went was Bucherer. The cheapest watch sells for four-digit Swiss franc. That's more than my salary. I walked out as soon as I taken the free spoon engraved by Rolex.
In the evening, a quick 20 mins drive an we are in Lucerne. It's a beautiful lakeside city. Then main railway station is just charming!
Putting up the night in Grand Hotel Europe. It's an old 140- year old building but it doesn't feel like it aged much. Maybe it has been refurbished.
Last night in Lucerne and tomorrow we are heading to Paris. After dinner we went to Grand Lucerne casino as we have a free CHF5 chip to play, being tourists. I didn't play because I'm not happy. Grumbling parents and the stuffiness and smelly play area. Minimum bet is CHF20 for blackjack. I figured I better spend on wifi than to spend gambling. And we had to pay CHF2 each for locker for our jackets, that made my parents very dissatisfied already.
So half of the group left the casino faster than we arrived, while the rest sat down for a game or two.
My shoe rubber starts to get very brittle in the icy weather and started to crack. I have no choice but to borrow scotch tape from the receptionist and DIY the repair. At least till I see my other shoes again in 2 days cos we travel light and left the bulky luggages in the bus.
And I also DIY a bit..
