So today I want to write about the regular faces aka "old faces" I see in the gym on and off.. A couple of friends I made from gym that is..
It has been a while since I last saw them cos of my 2 weeks absence from gym, and so yah this week alone, I only had the opportunity to meet up with them..
I am not one who can make friends from gym easily because I am a strong believer of not chatting, not hanging around machines while working out.. Gym is not the place to socialise, I felt.. But then, on one hand thats the lansi part of me talking.. on another hand, I am always polite and nice to people I see often =)
Maybe there's no harm in being nice and smiling at strangers in the gym, but trust me, in Celebrity Fitness, especially Midvalley, if you do that, chances are high people can misunderstood you - so be careful .. hehe.. Why Midvalley? Cos that's my home branch and I have been gymming there since 2006!
Like the mamak and bakery stalls that I frequent alternatively every day for breakfast.. I know their names and I greet them whenever, and likewise, they remembered my order so I get to jump queue most of the time..

I always enjoyed talking to guys in my gym (a gay gym in London; sadly, I'm no longer in good enough health to go there). Never had any hookups, but enjoyed talking to them. I miss the social aspect of it even more than the physical aspect and even more than looking at fit guys who are naked.
Ooooh.... Celebrity Fitness Midvalley..... cruisy..... ;)
